Can I send my item back for an exchange?

Returns for exchange are handled on a case-by-case basis. They must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. 

We will need your complete mailing information, phone number, the part number being returned, the part number you would like in exchange, proof of purchase and/or receipt for the original purchase. 

Pro-Line will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be included with your box. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. All exchanges require freight to be paid by the customer. Only items of equal or lesser value will be provided for an exchange. Pro-Line/PROTOform does not accept discontinued items for exchange.
