My Pro-Line item broke. Can I get a replacement?

If you think you have received a defective item please let us know and we will be happy to review possible options for replacement or return. 

We will need your complete mailing information, phone number, the part number for the item(s) in question, proof of purchase, and a photo of the defective area. In some cases, we also ask to see a video of the item(s) in action. 

Due to the nature of the RC hobby, all requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
