We do our best to make changes to orders to meet our customers’ demands. However, you can only cancel or change your order if it has not yet left the building.

If you are receiving a refund, you will receive a notification the day it is processed.
If you think you have received a defective item please let us know and we will be happy to review possible options for replacement or return.

In order to process your request, we will need proof of purchase, photos of the item(s) in question, and your complete mailing information.
If you are missing something that should have been included with your package please let us know.
